Is an EICR the same as a repair visit?
No. It records the condition of the installation within the agreed scope. Repairs are separate unless specifically included in the booking.
Will the power be interrupted?
Testing involves isolating circuits briefly to check insulation and earth continuity. We discuss access and test timings with you before beginning.
What if the report is unsatisfactory?
The findings will explain the issues recorded. You can discuss the work or investigation needed and request a quote.
